About Us and Chibicon
Well what is there to say?
Chibicon was started to show that if you put your mind to it anything can be done, so a group of us have worked hard to get everything in place for 2008. Chibicon has gone though countless problems, but thanks to the support of many friends it looks like we are here to stay. ^_^
Chibicon is a Convention aimed towards fans of all things Anime, Manga and Japanese. There are going to be lots of Anime inspired events, stalls and the like that you will be able to take part in as well as other guests that will give talks and the like. If you have never been to a convention before then don't worry! We will be working hard to make Chibicon extremely friendly to newcomers who have never been to a con before - and we pride ourselves on being able to let people of all ages attend. So, please look about the site and see what fun you will be able to have at Chibicon this year, and the tickets page for more information about when it is and how to book.
News:
17-06-2008: There's a whole load of new things this time around, as well as some unfortunate news. Due to circumstances beyond her (or our) control, Helen Mcartthy has had to pull out of Chibicon for 2008. Apart from that there are two new events, the Ninja Sale and the VIP raffle, so make sure you keep an eye out on those. The tickets again are going quite quickly and at last count we were down to 140, but that was a few days ago! Make sure that you get yours quick if you havent!
22-05-2008: The tickets are going fast, we're down to 189! Also, the traders page has been updated with a new trader. The website will be improved upon in the coming month, so look out for new things appearing! Importantly however, we're changing the way that we will be handling the CCG's at the event, so there is no more pre-booking. Don't worry if you've already pre-booked, this won't affect you. More information coming soon!

31-04-2008: Updated the Tickets available.
24-04-2008: Added a new event, and moved the comic artists over to the Traders section! We will be adding more events soon, so look back soon to see what crazy things you will be able to get up to at Chibicon.
21-04-2008: Added the bands section into the guests, and updated the amount of tickets and tables remaining. There are currently 220 normal tickets left and only FIVE tables for traders! If you are a trader looking to be at Chibicon now is the time to email us!
14-04-2008: Gomen Nasai! ( Extremely Sorry! ). There was some trouble with our hosting, which resulted in a downtime on the website. Be rest assured however, Chibicon is still steam rollering ahead, and should not suffer from such events again! Thankyou for staying with us and for the concern shown to us! T_T;;
23-03-2008: More guests have confimed that they will be appearing at Chibicon 2008, and we've finally done the events pages! Also, there's a link on the tickets page now so you can buy them online as well as book for the CCG games events.
18-03-2008: We've added some more traders as well as another event!
